Merging a Tow Assignment With a Claim

This action requires that you have an Incident ID and a Reference ID before performing the following action.

To merge a tow assignment with a claim

  1. From the CCC Portal home page, click on Search for Incident Folder under Incident Management.
  2. Locate the tow assignment and click on the link in the IncidentId column. The Incident Folder page opens.
  3. In the Associated Incident section, click on Add Associated Incident or Claim link. The Add Associated Incident or Claim pop-up opens.
  4. Click on the Claim Id field, enter the claim Reference ID, then click Merge.
